Our investment strategy has been simple since day one. Utilizing our deep understanding of market drivers and expertise in adding value to generate outstanding returns.

With a wealth of experience in the residential space, I have been able to lead this organization to grow beyond what I could have imagined when I initially took my own personal savings to purchase the very first MRG property. After successfully purchasing MRG’s first multifamily property, I immediately became aware of just how much we have grown.

I also joined the ranks of real estate investors that understand one of the most effect investment strategies in real estate. Value-add in multifamily. The benefits of investing in commercial multifamily combined with the value add approach can provide for outsized returns. This has inspired me to set quite an ambitious goal for myself and MRG:

During the pandemic there was so much uncertainty as we observed a major shift on a global economic level. The shifts impacted residential and commercial real estate in two unique ways. With housing at the core of our focus, we have been able to curate a slate of properties ideal for todays market and protected by time tested risk assessment.

 

The Barrett

Lease-Up & Exit

As we initiate the final phase of the updates and close out construction, we have to prepare for lease-up for apartment building. With a growing list of interested tenants, we are confident we can achieve 100% occupancy within a very short period of time. Once the units are leased, the positive cashflow is passed to our investor group.

equity investment - Immediate Need!

We are currently seeking $130,000 with a minimum capital contribution of $15,000*. This opportunity allows for us to improve our position to 100% equity by paying off the existing loan. With renovations nearing completion this opportunity allows for a short term for a quick return or an opportunity to remain as an equity partner.

 

Topp Ave.

This property presents a great opportunity for strong returns as well as a great impact to the University Village development plan. A vital part of the UV development plan is establishing strong home values. This property has great potential as it is move-in ready now however there is some neglected maintenance and updates necessary. With a little vision and some updates, this can be one of the best single family homes in the community.

The Barrett - Phase II

This property is located directly behind the 10-unit apartment building, on the corner of Washington and Florence. This strategic acquisition will put MRG in a prime position to expand the complex on the 1.2 acres. The large corner lot can be better utilized to address the growing housing demand in the area.

We are currently seeking $145,000 with a minimum capital contribution of $15,000*. This opportunity allows for us to build new structures to expand the initial acquisition in Washington Addition. Our 10-unit building

 

Hill Ave.

The Hill Ave. site composed of 4 adjacent lots on the corner of Hill and Washington and only one street over from The Barrett (10-unit). The proposed development for the site is small affordable townhomes. Similar to The Carter development, this project will support the growth in Washington Addition by providing new housing inventory to meet the growing demand.
