Our Investment Strategy

The core of our investment strategy is based on a value-add approach to real estate investing.

We seek opportunities in established and transitioning communities, where we can add value through rehabilitating dilapidated and neglected properties as well as increasing performance of income properties. This allows us to evaluate the best option for exit, which frequently allows us to target properties that would be a great addition to our portfolio or income properties whether it be short-term or long-term basis.

With a strong background in the value-add approach, MRG has been able to transfer the experiences in residential real estate to commercial real estate. Our commitment to our strategy is how we continue to put our investors capital to work with minimal risk and exposure to adverse market conditions.
