Down to the Studs is a 2 day intensive real estate investing workshop hosted by Real Estate Broker and Investor, Chris Mitchell. Two days jammed pack with all the things you need to springboard into your first Fix-and-Flip project. Equipping you with the knowledge to analyze, plan, and execute while also exposing you to the realities and nuances that will prepare you for SUCCESS!
Day 1: Classroom
Day one is all about establishing a knowledge base and educating you on the typical strategies you will use as a new investor. Narrowing down the criteria for your particular investment goals and making an effort to truly understand the market you are investing in is essential and simply good planning and preparation.

Day 2: Field Day
On day 2 it’s time to put feet to pavement and see just how to apply the knowledge and resources discussed in Day 1. Topics covered will include: “Understanding the difference between what’s ideal and what’s realistic” and “Learn to problem solve and throw audibles”.
We will spend the much of the day visiting investment properties and touring neighborhoods primed for investors. No need to worry about your car or getting around. We will travel via shuttle and lunch will be provided.
