Once you have selected a property, we will use our contacts and experience in helping you secure the necessary funding for your project.
Each student is responsible for the capital commitment for their property and should be prepared cover the necessary down payment for the loan. With our preferred loan programs, our students can qualify for a great rate and even can defer monthly payments.
Step 3: Rehab/Renovation
The rehab and renovation is where most new investors will need the most help. Managing contractors and watching your rehab budget is not as easy as they make it look on HGTV, but with our help you will be off to a great start!
In this program, we will teach you how to create your rehab budget ensuring that you are set up for success from the very beginning. Although each investor will have their own opinions on color scheme and design decisions, we will show you how to create a design that will appeal to the broadest group of buyers. Maximizing your chances of success at every turn.
Step 4: Exit
Once you have completed the process of renovating/rehabbing your property, we will be right by your side to make sure you sale your property for the highest value. Showing you how to use market data to determine your list price and what strategies you can utilize to attract all cash buyers for quick closings.
